While using the ConstructionOnline Mobile Application, in order to provide features of the application in performance of the requested services, we may collect, with your consent:

• • Images, Videos, and/or Files or other information from your Device's Camera and/or Image Library, Video Library, and/or File Library
    • Such access can be enabled or disabled at any time through your Device Settings. 
  • Information regarding your location
    • The ConstructionOnline Mobile App uses location services to track your location as part of the provision of enabled notifications as related to entering/leaving a defined project radius. 
    • Location services can be enabled or disabled at any time through your Device Settings:
      • Android Devices: Settings > Geolocation Settings
      • iOS Devices: Settings > Location

How We Use Collected Information

As outlined in this Privacy Policy, UDA Technologies may use the information collected to personalize your visit, provide service or assistance, or improve your site experience. Email addresses, phone and/or mobile numbers, and other contact information provided by you may be used in any of the following manners:

• To respond to Communications from you
• To deliver requested Services or Resources
• To manage your Account
• To fulfill a Contract or Subscription Agreement

UDA Technologies will retain the Personal Information collected for as long as is necessary in the course of any ongoing legitimate business and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, maintain accurate records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. 

We may also retain Usage Data for internal analysis and development purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security, performance, and/or functionality of our Service, and/or we are legally obligated to retain the Usage Data for extended time periods. 

In the absence of a need to retain your Personal Information and/or Usage Data as specified above, we will either delete and/or archive your Personal Information and/or Usage Data. Archived Personal Information and/or Usage Data will be segregated from current data sets and excluded from further Processing until deletion is possible.

Your Personal Information and Usage Data, including all Files and Backups, are stored on our servers and the servers of the companies hired by UDA Technologies to provide data processing services. As such, your Personal Information may be transferred outside of your State, Province, Country, and/or other Governmental jurisdiction and subject to the data protection laws of the governing jurisdiction. 

UDA Technologies will certainly take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that your Personal Information and Usage Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By consenting to this Privacy Policy, you agree to the data processing and transfer methods herein. 

Data Deletion

At any time, you have the right to request the deletion of any Personal Information which UDA Technologies may have collected about you. 

Our Service may provide you the ability to update, edit, and/or delete certain Personal Information within your Account, and you have the right to do so at any time. You may also contact UDA Technologies to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. 

All requests are subject to review, and UDA Technologies does have the ability to assert the right to retain certain information when/if we have a legal obligation and/or lawful basis to do so.

In certain specific instances, UDA Technologies may be required to disclose your Personal Information:

Business Transactions

Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada law requires us to share with certain Nevada residents the option to opt out of the "sale" of "personally identifiable information," as defined by Nevada law. We do not engage in such activity; however, if you are a Nevada resident who has purchased goods or services from us, you may submit a request under Nevada law to opt out of any potential future sales by emailing info@uda1.com. 

Children's Privacy

UDA Technologies does not request, or knowingly collect, any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided UDA Technologies with Personal Information, they should make all reasonable attempts to contact us via email, phone, and/or postal mail. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove that Personal Information from our servers.
